How it works
Once your order has been placed and payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
Estimated delivery times
The following delivery times are guidelines — excluding delays due to peak periods or customs inspections.
- The Netherlands — 1 to 3 business days
- Within the EU — 3 to 7 business days
- Outside the EU — 7 to 14 business days
Shipping costs
